How much is insured shipping and where do you ship to?

Insured shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 CAD. We ship to all Canadian provinces and to the continental United States.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and are shipped insured; however, if damage or loss does occur, please contact us immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print.  DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection.  We ship your order insured so once the damage claim has been approved, we will send out a replacement piece. No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.

Shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact the site owner directly for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers.  Once shipped, the majority of orders will arrive within 5 business days.

Do you have a quality guarantee?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of your purchase we will replace it at our cost.

Are your images available for purchase as digital files?

At present, you can purchase digital files of some of the images on this site through Alamy.

Do you handle custom requests?

Absolutely! If there’s a particular type of floral/nature photograph you would like me to take for you (and if it’s something I have access to), or if you would like one of the existing photos on this site in a different size or medium to what is currently offered, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to fulfill your request.

What medium do you recommend?

My preferred medium is metal prints, as I find they showcase a photo’s content and colours with outstanding clarity and vibrance. They are more expensive to produce than canvases, but the visual quality is excellent and they come ready-to-display, with a recessed back mount. Please contact me directly for pricing.
